RESULTS OF TRAININGS Throughout the project period the evaluation of trainings have been conducted in the Western, Northern, Central, Southern and Eastern regions of Ukraine. Evaluation was conducted in few months after trainings.
During the survey it has become possible to get the answers on the questionnaire from the following amount of trainings’ participants (according to the regions):
Method of questionnaire:Questionnairing per e-mail – 30 %, telephone questionnaire – 70 %.

The outputs of nameless questionnaire of the trainings’ participants show the quality of trainers’ work, level of organization and communicative opportunities during the trainings. Participants estimated the following criteria (on 5-points scale from 1-«awful» to 5-«excellent»)*:

One of the most important indicators, which prove the significance of this project to target audience, is the level of knowledge, which participants gained during the trainings comparing to the level they had before. Analysis of nameless questionnaire on course estimation allowed getting the following indicator. Participants estimated that during the trainings they gained on the average 63% from total percent of knowledge (100%) on suggested topic. In such case on the topic «Parliamentary procedures» participants gained 61% of knowledge, and on the topic «Public relations» - 65% of knowledge.
The project’s team estimates such indicators as excellent.
The same resolutions one can make after analysis of survey evaluation outputs (questionnaire, conducted in few months after the trainings were done):
In particular, during the process of evaluation the questions about how could the participants spread and/or use gained during the trainings knowledge were put to the participants. The answers are the following:
![]() ![]() The vast majority (over 80%) participants of trainings indicated, that they spread he knowledge among the deputies of their council and within the political party.
![]() The quite big (over 60%) is the level of practical knowledge usage, gained during the training «Parliamentary procedures».
![]() The same big (round 80%) is the level of practical knowledge usage, gained during the training «Public relations».
PARTICIPANTS’ REVIEWS PARTICIPANTS’ REVIEWS JUST RIGHT AFTER TRAININGS WERE DONE
· Seminar-training didn’t break my willingness to keep on working in interactive mode – as teaching others, so to study (and this is very important!).
Yes, it’s truth, trainer neither opened new land for us – it is already open, nor created the wheel – which is used among the people for many thousand years now. He (Mr. Kashevskyi) just collected “stone to stone” personal, domestic and world experience, changed and adapted to practice, for needs of time, elements of games, as if puzzle or designer.
I am sure, that such trainings will help to a lot of people and deputies to become more open, democratic, and loyal to colleagues, work in general, but first of all to themselves. And this is very important, because we know, we cannot change the world-we only can change ourselves and our attitude to this world. To my mind it’s huge step forward.
So, the only thing left for us, training participants is learn how to be open, to study, to work and implement.

ESTIMATION OF TRAININGS BY PARTICIPANTS In the end of each course, participants were filling in the nameless questionnaire to estimate the course. The following criteria were used to estimate the course:
1. The general level of training course usefulness
2. Methodology
3. Intelligibility of suggested material
4. Opportunity in experience exchange
5. Atmosphere, communication between the participants and trainers
6. Handouts quality
7. Trainers’ skills (knowledge on the course)
8. Trainings’ intensity
9. Level of training’s organization (training room, nourishment, hotel)
