| Improvement of professional orientation system in Rivne region
The most significant reason for unemployment among young adults is the low level of professional orientation work. As a result, school graduates enter universities and professional schools with faculties for widely popular professions; however the labour market does not need these professions. That’s why after university and professional school graduation, such young adults remain unemployed.
